Delete your Sorbit account

Sorbit, by [developer legal name]

In the app

  1. Open Sorbit and go to Profile.
  2. Under Account, tap Delete account.
  3. Enter your password to confirm.

Without the app

Email YOUR-SUPPORT-EMAIL@example.com from the address your account uses, with the subject “Delete my Sorbit account”. We will delete it and confirm by reply.

What is deleted

  • Your account and sign-in.
  • Your profile.
  • The cloud copy of your courses.
  • Your usage records.

What is kept, and for how long

  • To stop free courses being claimed again with the same address, we keep a one-way fingerprint of your email address and the number of courses you created, for 12 months. It cannot be turned back into your address and contains nothing else.
  • Courses saved on your own device stay there until you delete the app.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play.
